Individual training sessions provide dedicated time to focus on your specific needs, improving your strength and balance.

The initial meeting could include assessing your mobility, flexibility, posture and gate analysis.

The training sessions will be tailored to your needs, which may include cardiovascular, stretching, core strengthening work, co-ordination, and nutrition health. These can be held at my home or yours.
