We offer a range of classes to support your needs:: Individual training sessions to target your personal strength and balance needs delivered at your home or mine. Strength & Balance group classes are mixed ability, fun classes. They are ideal for seniors to maintain their posture and mobility.

ESB at Home via Zoomclasses are delivered direct into your home to allow you to exercise and a safe and convenient way.. This can be watched using your pc, tablet or mobile phone via zoom using a unique link which will be emailed to you. These classes are popular with people aged over 50 who want to improve their quality of life, including those with health conditions or some disabilities.

Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis Prevention and Survival classes deliver bone building and joint mobilisation activities with a fun group.

Epsom Strength & Balance Group Classes teach the evidence based Otago exercise program, (reference 7) which helps with falls prevention. These ESB classes are designed to be adapted to suit beginners and advanced clients. Everyone works at an appropriate level to challenge themselves.

Sit & Stay Fit classes are designed for seniors who want to do gentle activities whilst sitting in a chair. This fun class targets upper and lower body, improving posture, breathing and flexibility.

Tadworth Strength and Balance classes offer seniors a friendly, longer class to improve their flexibility and posture in a different location
​ESB Class Times: All group classes last 45 minutes. They contain 5 elements: warm up, joint mobilization, leg strength exercises, balance and stretches. Both classes improve posture and coordination. Strength and Balance classes enhances your mobility.
